Jeff Lewis

As a lifelong resident of Vancouver I have a great understanding of one of the most spectacular cities there is. I am so fortunate to see the view of the North Shore Mountains each morning, walk my kids to our neighborhood school and enjoy the many local and global aspects of our world-class city.

I am passionate about interacting with my clients to assist them in where they wish to live.  I love moving through the details, and the legal and functional process of a real estate transaction, to assist my clients to live in the neighbourhood they desire is what I love doing.

Whether my clients are Buyers or Sellers, they all want to be informed on the current market conditions. Additionally, I will providing information on local shops, community centers, transit, and zoning; all help in the understanding of the properties and the potential in each property.

I have an extensive background in national marketing, sales, and negotiations that has been garnered throughout my career.  Prior to following my real estate passion, I spent more than a decade running an import and retail sales business across Canada. I dealt extensively with buyers and sellers in Asia, the UK and here at home.  In addition, my proven sales, marketing and customer service record combined with a strong set of negotiations skills mean that my clients get the best combination of talents to move your home through to a completed sale.

In addition to my business experience I hold a REALTOR designation, a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, and a Post-Diploma in Business Administration from BCIT.

I am an active member of the community having served on numerous boards and volunteer positions. Currently I serve on the Edith Cavell Parent Advisory Committee, and been a Zone Captain for the Canadian Cancer Fundraising Dafodil Campaign for over 5 years.
